#UnfollowDiddy – What Diddy Do?
Ok so I just glanced off to the sidebar and saw that #UnFollowDiddy was a trending Topic. We’ll I don’t see the whole appeal of following celebrities so I wasn’t following him in the first place But I did glance at his page recently and his updates were unprotected so anybody could see them.
I didn’t remember his username so I asked and was told it was @IAmDiddy
I went to the page to see what he had said to piss everybody off and now his updates were protected!
Damn Diddy … why Diddy do that?

Hi Jack,
I saw that trending too so I checked his stream to see why. I never figured it out, but then I didn’t go back all that far. As far as I could tell, he was going for a million followers (to promote a charity, I think) and he was tweeting a lot. Maybe that annoyed people? and they started the unfollow thread. Then some of the tweets got out of hand (and some were quite funny, actually) and it grew and grew…
That’s just what I’m piecing together and I could be totally wrong.
